There are 3 steps to setting up your website:
1. DOMAIN

2. Find a
company to HOST your website on their server.
3. DESIGN
and upload your site.

3. Design
There are a number of ways to design a
website. If you are able to work with your own site, then you can make
updates frequently. Taking a class now to learn how to design and update
your website is a good investment that will save you money in the future.
FrontPage
is a simple, inexpensive program that is similar to MS Word (PC only).
Dreamweaver
is another good program for both Macs & PC.
You can also use a portfolio site to get
your work online. They have templates, so the prices are usually less
expensive than having a custom site built for your work:
